Earth Day Poster Contest Entry Form

To celebrate Earth Day, NHSF is hosting its annual poster contest! Simply scan your poster and upload it via this online entry form, or you can submit a high-quality digital photo, if you prefer. Please view the Contest Rules prior to submitting your entry.

All New Haven Unified School District (NHUSD) students, grades kindergarten through eight, are eligible to enter. Entries may focus on one of the suggested themes, or you may share your own ideas. Be sure to read through all the rules before submitting your poster.

Entries may be horizontal/landscape or portrait/vertical format. Only one entry may be submitted per student. Acceptable file formats are PDF, JPG, PNG, and GIF. We recommend a maximum uploaded file size of 11" X 17" for easier printing by the judges. Hard copy entries or original designs on paper will not be accepted.

    Provide a brief description of the environmental concept or Earth Day theme that is depicted in the poster entry.

    NHUSD Employees

    You can conveniently contribute to scholarships, grants and other Foundation programs by payroll deduction. Donations are tax-deductible and may be directed to one or more of the specific programs. Even small donations add up and make a difference for our students!

    Send the completed form to the Payroll Department at the ESC.
