Join Us for the “Pathways to Success” Award Ceremony
Share in the moment as over 165 students are awarded financial aid for college. Pathways to Success puts students in the spotlight as they are recognized for their efforts. For the Class of 2026, $293,030 in scholarships will be awarded, thanks to our generous sponsors.
- Date: May 13, 2026
- Lunch: Doors open at 11:00 AM for a casual box lunch at the James Logan High School Pavilion. Students will meet and thank their scholarship sponsors.
- Photos: Students will have opportunities to take photos at the Pavilion and in the lobby of the Performing Arts Center. Professional photos will be taken on stage as awards are presented. Performing Arts Center doors open at 11:45 AM.
- Program: At 12:15 PM, everyone will move to the Performing Arts Center for the awards presentation ceremony. Awards will begin promptly at 12:30 PM.
- Location: James Logan High School, 1800 H St., Union City
- Admission: Each scholarship recipient may attend and bring one parent at no charge. General admission luncheon tickets are $45. Guests may watch the awards at the PAC at no charge.
Keynote Speaker
The keynote speaker for the 2026 event is NBC News Journalist and JLHS alumnus, Candace Nguyen.
Art and Cheryl Kuhlmann Award
The Kuhlmann Award is presented each year to an exemplary scholarship sponsor. The 2026 Kuhlmann Award will be presented to the Senior Management Team of the City of Union City.
